Dinner in Provence

Picture rolling hills covered in lavender, fragrant herbs, olive trees, and grapevines as we transport you to the heart of Provence.
In this hands-on class, you and your team will recreate the aromas and flavors of the region while preparing a selection of classic dishes, including sautéed shrimp with fennel, garlic, and Pernod; chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese, herbs, and olives; broiled tomatoes with fresh herbs and breadcrumbs; baked eggplant layered with tomatoes and herbs; and, for dessert, baked apricots with lavender honey and ground almonds.
At the end of the class, you’ll gather around the table to enjoy the delicious feast you and your teammates have created together. And if your 21 or older, you’ll enjoy a glass of French wine paired with your meal.
