For this member dinner, Shell Alumni will be experiencing The Original Sunset Boulevard Dinner at Ouisie’s Table on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. We will mix and mingle prior to a delicious 3-course dinner in the Cooper’s Bin Room. Seating is limited to 20.
Note: The Cooper’s Bin room is Ouisie’s Table wine cellar so you may want to bring your jacket, sweater or wrap.

Ouisie’s BLT Wedge Salad G.F. - Texas tomato salad with crumbled bacon over a crisp wedge of iceberg dressed with Maytag blue cheese dressing., Entrée Options Atlantic Blackened Salmon with Crabmeat Relish - Sauté of asparagus, snap peas, bell peppers, mushrooms and sweet corn. Julia Child’s Poulet Au Four Roti - Oven roasted half chicken with Ouisie’s fork mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. 12oz Blackened Rib Eye - Herbed mashed potatoes and green beans with onions & garlic.
