Check in has been revised for the Fall Tournament to address health and  welfare concerns regarding COVID. Registration packets for each player will be placed on assigned carts before the tournament. Cart assignments will be announced prior to the tournament, online via email and Facebook to Team Captains and those registering as individual players. No need to line up for checking in. Masking will be optional, but social distancing is strongly recommended where possible.
Format: 4-Person Scramble...Rules Sheet and registration packets will be on each cart
Guests: Shell Retirees, Retirement-Aged Guests, and Spouses
Entry Fee: $60 per person…Includes Green Fee, Cart, Drink Tickets, Range Balls, Lunch, and Awards and Prizes (to be distributed at the lunch).
Deadline: Registration must be received by Friday, October 8, 2021.
COVID-19: Please check the COVID Guidelines Sheet and the Rules Sheet for suggestions and special rules to minimize COVID-19 exposure. For additional questions or concerns, please contact John Bowser (see contact info below).
Special: Each player will receive a coupon for a free Round of Golf at Cypresswood
Registration: Register and pay on-line by completing the fields below and clicking on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of this page. Groups wanting to play together should register below as a team with the Team Captain under the Member Name. The remaining players (up to four) should be registered under Guest Names.  

Handicaps for all players should be entered. Jimmie and John will assign players to fill out foursomes. Carts will be assigned by Cypresswood. Event Waiver agreements are required by all players. Agreement is required when registering online (see below).

Team Captains should obtain a signed Event Waiver from each team member and forward copies to
by October 4th.

1 Indicate if you are registering as a team or as individual(s). If you are registering more than yourself  and want to play in the same group, choose team. Otherwise choose individual(s); you and your guests will be assigned to a group(s) based on handicap. Please pay for all those you are registering for (and have them reimburse you).

2 If you are a team, the team captain should register under "Member Name" and others on the team under "Guest Name(s)"regardless if they are members of SAAGH or not. Note: Be sure to indicate handicap for each player, e.g. John Smith - 15, Harry Potter - 33, etc.
