2018 SPRING GOLF TOURNAMENT AND LUNCHEON

Please check in by 7:30 AM
 
Format: 4-Person Scramble...Rules sheet will be on each cart
 
Guests: Shell Retirees, Retirement-Aged Guests and Spouses
 
Entry Fee: $58 per person…Includes green fee, cart, range balls, BBQ lunch, and prizes.
 
Deadline: Registration must be received by Friday, April 6, 2018
 
Special: Free Round of Golf at Windrose on a weekday or weekend afternoon (non-holiday). Cart Fee required. -

1Indicate if you are registering as a team or as individual(s).
    If you are registering more than yourself and want to play
    in the same group, choose team. Otherwise choose
    individual(s); you and your guests will be assigned to a
    group(s) based on handicap. Please pay for all those you
    are registering for (and have them reimburse you).
2Be sure to indicate handicap for each player, e.g. John
    Smith - 15, Harry Potter - 33, etc.
2If you are a team, the team captain should register under
    "Member Name" and others on the team under
    "Guest Name(s)" regardless if they are members of
     SAAGH or not.
