A MODERN TASTE OF TEXAS DINNER

Avocado – check. Shrimp – check. Barbecue – check. Salsa – double check. You’ll create a menu that includes most of the foods typically associated Texas – but with a modern twist..

6:00 - 8:00 PM
 

MENU:   Chilled Avocado Soup with Chile-spiced Shrimp & Jicama Salsa, Grilled Chicken with Homemade Barbeque Sauce, Grits Soufflé with Texas Cheese and Warm-from-the-Oven German Chocolate Cookies. 
COST:  $65.00 per person  
NOTE: Only 6 seats are available for this hands on, adult only class.  Limited to 2 tickets per member.
